Shipping Angelo is gay, so nothing with ladies. He's also quite emotionally closed-off and not in a good place when it comes to his sexuality and acting on it — as far as the criminal underworld knows, he's straight, and he does a good job of maintaining that. I'm happy to play out longer ships, but they would definitely be more of a slow burn, and he's not really into the cute/fluffy stuff.

Fighting and injuring Angelo is a decent fighter in a lot of disciplines — he might not look like much, but he knows what he's doing, even if he prefers brute force attacks. He wears a lot of quite hefty rings, so sorry for your character if he punches them in the face. He's also very quick to anger and I'd rather not pull that back for the sake of keeping a thread completely civil, so if I sense a thread is going in that direction I'll let you know.

Physical affection Not his thing. He will balk at hugs and kisses and even a pat on the back. You can try, but expect the worst.

Magic and powers Generally, feel free to use powers or magic around him! More on his power on his about page, but the basics are that he's able to convince someone that something is happening to them, when it actually isn't. He's also developed a linked ability to manipulate someone's memories.

Reputation If you'd like to play with this, the Salucci family is quite well known in a lot of circles, so it's absolutely within the realm of possibility that your character will know Angelo's name or his family's name, and if they know that, then they'll probably know of Angelo as a thug with a hair-trigger temper and a penchant for violence. Relatedly, if Angelo's never had any contact with your character at all, they will still be able to remember the existence of his brother Ludo, as he can't manipulate multiple memories at the same time, and has to do it individually. It's also at least rumoured that Angelo has a power, if not completely proven.

Content warning Angelo's story includes references to violence, murder, drug trafficking, torture, and probably whatever other mafia crime stuff you can think of. There might also be some mentions or discussions of homophobia, both internal and external, and although he hasn't reckoned with this himself, his father is both physically and emotionally abusive, and Angelo himself is emotionally (and sometimes physically) abusive towards his brother. When it comes to his father, Angelo displays typical signs of someone who has been abused but refuses to acknowledge or accept it, and he regularly makes excuses for his father's behaviour and attitudes. Also, just a more general warning: Angelo is not a nice person, and I'm not interested in sanding him down. Backtagging Always! I function by backtagging so I more than understand if things get picked up and dropped here and there. Handwaving stuff that drags on for too long will always and forever be an option.

Triggers I would really appreciate warnings for footage (specifically, video) of car accidents, including in fiction. I'm not interested in writing nonconsensual sexual situations. (Dubcon is a case-by-case thing and will need to be discussed OOC.) That being said, I'm happy to write discussions of this kind of trauma if anything comes up.

General statement that Angelo is maybe not the world's greatest sexual partner. Like, he doesn't really have a lot of interest in making sure that his partner even finishes, he is very rough, very impatient, and he likes telling people what to do. That being said, he's categorically not into it if his partner isn't into it; he doesn't actually derive any sexual pleasure at all from doing something entirely against someone's will, because he would find it a huge turn-off to not be wanted by someone. Also, though he likes telling people what to do, he also likes being disobeyed as part of the give and take much more than he'd ever like someone to instantly fold to his commands.

Also, just to reiterate: Angelo is gay! I'm open to playing ships with cis and trans men, although someone would have to explain to him what a trans man is first. In point of fact, although he is actively repulsed by the idea of giving someone else a blowjob, he'd really like going down on someone with a vagina.

For reference, these are Angelo's IC limits, not my limits OOC as a player. Any situation where he's the "submissive" partner (or the one being penetrated, whichever phrase makes more sense in context) is going to need a lot of trust before Angelo ever agrees to it. He's bottomed exactly once in his life and although he liked it, he's so wrapped up in trying to appear masculine that he basically convinced himself he didn't, and has been vehemently opposed to bottoming ever since. I would definitely be interested in playing out aphro things that lead to Angelo taking a more submissive role or bottoming, but fair warning, he's going to be really irritating about it afterwards. The hack to getting Angelo to bottom in normal circumstances is 1) he has to trust you absolutely, and 2) you have to let him be the biggest pillow princess in the world.

Also, just a more general warning: Angelo is a terrible person. He's angry and violent and will escalate things past a point of no return far quicker than most, and I'm not interested in sanding him down, but if things are going in a certain direction I'll be sure to let you know. I also want to point out that in his world, Angelo has a reputation as someone not to be fucked with and is protected by his family, his father, and a literal demon from Hell. Like, that's not to say I don't want him to be fucked with, just prepare to accept the consequences. >:)

He's also extremely judgemental and just plain rude, so I anticipate plenty of negative CR. I really don't mind if your character hates Angelo or finds him intolerable (who wouldn't!), but if you would rather not play out negative CR at all just give me a heads-up and I can avoid tagging you. Needless to say, anything Angelo thinks in narration or says aloud is not what I believe about your character! I don't want to offend anyone or give anyone a terrible tagging experience, but I also don't want to temper Angelo if I can avoid it, so if the way he thinks about or talks to your character makes you uncomfortable in any way, feel free to send a message and we can talk about it.

Angelo has a pretty intense power set. His powers largely revolve around reality warping, and his speciality is warping other people's realities. You can find out more about his powers here, but the tl;dr is that he's capable of making people experience illusions that feel real, and can feel real enough to physically leave marks or cause a change.

I don't want to pop this out on people without discussing it OOC first, and Angelo doesn't tend to use his powers unless he's in really specific circumstances. At first it wouldn't even occur to him to use them in any way other than specifically to torture information out of people, but he might come to the realisation some day that he can use them during sex in a less actively horrifying way.

My general method with these powers is not to have Angelo use them on another player's character without express OOC permission which I'll contact you about (though Angelo might not ask for permission ICly). However, if you just wanna go buck wild, you can let me know here that you're happy for Angelo to use his powers however and I'll bear that in mind. I'll probably still come to you about it, though, just so we can talk out what happens!

(A sidenote that Angelo can also wipe memories, though this is something I doubt will come up with other people's characters except in a really specific plotted circumstance. It's worth noting though!)
